This module addresses common mental health struggles that are prevalent in your job. Aiming to reduce stigma around these diagnoses, the course explores what a mental health diagnosis involves and guides you through the stages of change.
Who Am I? (Purpose / Identity / Value / Ownership)
This module emphasizes the importance of understanding your purpose and cultivating a sense of identity beyond your profession. The course focuses on aligning core beliefs with daily decisions – offering strategies to be more mindful and present.
Trauma 101
This module defines the complex nature of trauma and examines the different ways it can manifest in a person's life.
Thoughts, Emotions, & Behaviors
This module examines how emotions can influence behaviors and provides tools to help separate emotional responses from logical decision-making. You will review common thinking errors and gain a better understanding of your personal triggers.
